This week we have: rainbow chard, lettuce, Chinese cabbage, flowers, kohlrabi, radish sprouts, radishes and garlic scapes. Going to be making a lot of stir fried veg and salads.

leCSA Delivery #1
It’s that time of year again, fresh veggies from the farm. I’ve signed up with Eagle Creek Farms going on three years now. I never tire of freshly picked vegetables. This week we have: arugula, mixed greens, spinach, parsley, pea shoots, green garlic, strawberries and some kohlrabi plants. I am a reluctant gardener; I still have a basil plant from a couple years ago that’s going strong. Last year’s Thai basil had to be thrown out due to insect infestation. 🙁

Last delivery of the year. This week, we have: beets, red potatoes, carrots, parsnips, kale, onions, green onion, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, and squash.

This week, we have: celery, leek, potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions, dragon tongue beans and yellow beans, and flowers. Looks a like a roasted root vegetable and soup kind of a week. Still have parsnips, potatoes and beets from previous deliveries.

This week we have: purple kohlrabi, carrots, pink fir apple potatoes, chives, peppers, tomato, beets, cauliflower and flowers.

This week, we have: green onion, cabbage, lettuce mix, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, Shanghai bok choy, kale and garlic. Deliveries are getting bigger.
